Welcome to the official web site for Saint John's Maple Syrup. The maple syrup operation is run by Brother Walter Kieffer, OSB. Br. Walter is assisted by Stephen Saupe (CSB/SJU Biology Department), as well as Bill and Linda Mock (volunteers), Sarah Gainey (Arboretum), and too many other fantastic volunteers to list here.
