Rattlesnake Master

  • Rattlesnake Master is a very intriguing native prairie plant with its unusual flowering structure that resembles a tripod of golf balls coming from "yucca-like leaves."   

Parts of the plant were often carried by Native Americans because it was believed to possess an antidote for venomous snake bites.
