Student Naturalist (multiple positions)

Supplement your academic career and gain valuable teaching experience assisting with environmental programming at the Arboretum outdoors and in the office.
10-12 hours/week


Student Naturalist Aide (multiple positions)

Spend some time  outdoors helping the Arboretum run field-trip experiences for preK-12 grade students.  Great for students seeking some practical teaching experience.
20-30 hours/semester


Marketing and Office Assistant (1 position) Now hiring for Summer/Fall

Learn the inner workings of an environmental organization and hone your personal communication skills working on a variety of Arboretum projects.
10-12 hours/week


Land Stewardship Laborer (multiple positions) Now hiring for Summer/Fall

This position helps the land management department and the Arboretum care for the wildlife, the forest, the wetlands, the prairie and the lakes.  It also assists in the maintenance of the hiking trails, ski trails, and woods roads.  This can include moving rock, lifting/stacking firewood, planting trees, and exposure to the elements.
10-12 hours/week
