What to be a PRP?
The Peer Resource Program is a student run volunteer organization. All events put on by the PRP seek to give the students of our campuses an opportunity to step outside of their comfort level and try something new. Through weekly meetings members of the PRP plan events for students of CSB/SJU. These events range from wilderness trips to Roller Disco. Often, the PRP works with other campus groups to plan and put on events.
Members of the PRP apply and are accepted to the program through an application process that happens every spring. The application process and qualifications needed of new members change from year to year as the program continues to evolve. Applications are open to First and Second year students only.
If you would like to be a member of the Peer Resource Program please check out some of our events and apply in the spring.
Applicants will need:
- To fill out the application.
- Submit the Application (hard copy) to John O'Reilly by mail or person (SJU New Science 110).
- 2 letters of recommendation one from a CSB/SJU faculty and from a personal friend.
- Interviews will follow.
