Outdoor Leadership Center

The Outdoor Leadership Center (OLC) promotes outdoor recreation by providing equipment and programs to optimize enjoyment of the outdoors.

This student-run center provides equipment for daily and extended use and conducts workshops for students to learn the skills associated with various outdoor activities.

The Outdoor Leadership Center:

• Provides experiential learning for its customers through outdoor programming and the rental of outdoor equipment
• Introduces its clients to new areas of interest in the outdoors
• Is able to provide alternative leadership opportunities and encourage socially responsible life skills

The Center also sponsors a number of programs and clinics such as seasonal camping, snowshoeing, and scuba diving.

We offer a wide range of equipment to help you take advantage of our magnificent surroundings.

Please Note: The Climbing wall is now administered by SJU Athletics

Upcoming Events 

Adventure Challenge 2012!!!

Sunday, October 14
8:30AM

You, along with your teammates, must test your skills by scaling the climbing wall, being on the look-out for bears while setting up camp, racing through a relay, orienteering your way through the woods and finally paddling across the great Lake Sag. It all comes down to the wire in this race!

• Sign up in teams of 2 or 4
• If you sign up as a single or in a group of three, we'll put you on a complete team
• Transportation for participants will be provided from the CSB campus at 7:30AM
• Get a bandana, prizes, and refreshments at the finish!

REGISTRATION

• Register in the OLC office by Friday, Oct. 12th -OR-
• Register at 8:00AM on day of event
• Cost: $7 per participant

Waiver

• Required for Participation
• Drop off at the OLC
