February

• February 1 - Important forms available online.

March

• Trustees' and Performing and Fine Arts Scholarship awards announced.
• If you plan on applying for financial aid, submit: the FAFSA, the CSB/SJU Financial Aid Application, and the First Year Certification Form by the recommended deadline, March 15. 
• First financial aid awards sent to admitted students.

May

• May 1 - National response date. Admitted students have a spot reserved until this date.
• May 15 - CSB and SJU Housing Application Forms due.
• May 15 - Priority deadline for registration and placement exams.
• Mid-May - Campus computer account and e-mail information sent.

June

• June 12 - Loan application instructions mailed from the Financial Aid Office.
• June 15 - On-campus job instructions sent by email to students with work awards.
• June 15 - CSB Health Form due
• June 15 - SJU Immunization Record due
• June 30 - Loan application(s) due to the Financial Aid Office.

July

• July 4 - Offices closed.
• Mid-July - Housing, fall class schedule, and fall semester billing sent.

August

• August 1 - Move-in information emailed to your CSB/SJU email account.
• August 10 - Billing payment due.
• August 10 - Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement due.
• Dates for move-in, orientation and start of classes will be posted as they become available.
